After Subscription Starts
Once the trial ends and your paid subscription begins, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after billing starts, your subscription will be cancelled for future renewal and you may keep access until the end of the paid billing period.
Why This Policy Exists
Uplido provides immediate access to AI strategy, copy, creative, and campaign workflows during the trial. The free trial is the risk-free evaluation period, so paid subscription charges are final once the trial has passed.
